Communication between PC and mobile phone?

Hello there,

I am using Samsung mobile phone model E 740, when I open the PC studio three and select USB as the mode of connection I always get a message "phone is not connected to the computer" I did not face the problem when the phone was connected to a computer with windows xp operating system. Please help me out.Thanks

are you useing windows vista now if so thats the problem vista doesn't eccept 89% of phone drivers / softwear for windows xp

'Yes, as sahkahnah stated windows vista doesn't recognize a majority of phone drivers. If your phone has bluetooth that would be the best way to connect it besides using usb.
