Program to read Mac Drive

Guys, I need a program to read Mac drives on a PC. For example ones similar to MacDrive 8.0 etc. but is compatible with Windows 7 Ultimate. I did some Googleing but nothing came up. Torrents for MacDrive 7.0 etc don't work because its not compatible with the new version of Windows.
Also can anyone point out how to clean the registry for a program? For instance when u download a program, say MacDribe 7.0 on trial basis, it runs out after 7 days. So how to you clean stuff so that you can run the same program again without the message popping up saying that your trial period has expired.

To clean the registry, i think there was a program called "uninstaller" or something..
google it, i am sure u can find it...
