i just donated for 1month vip i read the faqs, when i click download it takes forever to load the file and when it do load it doesn't start downloading. What should i do?

** download managers not supported?

works now didnt see the no download manager rule even thought it would be nice.

Download managers work; however, you need flashget to use it. As it uses session to track for the download.
