Download Problem

Hey all,
Every time I try to download an episode, from any show, the computer waits for BN then times out. This problem started when I became a supporter. It has only worked one time.

I don't know if the server is down or if it is my comp, or my grandparents (because i tried it on their router).

Any help would be apprieciated

It's the server. _-" It's a backup server that cannot handle lot of people on it. So, it ends up crashing most of the time. We are moving to new servers soon... ^^
