BN Not Updating Bleach Manga?

Ok, so I dont know if this is even in the right place, and I hate to be the downer, but seriously, Bleach Chapter 316 (-108) has been out for almost a week and the front page has not announced that yet. I'm just curious if you're going to, when, and why you haven't. I'm sorry if this has been asked before, or if this is in the wrong place.

well u c the only 1 who has access 2 the server 2 link up the manga 2 the site is Tama but hes system is dwn and is trying really hard 2 get it bak up 2 update the Manga and animes so plz bear with us
