When I click on the download link/button, it goes back to the homepage.
This is due to a broken link, the file is either missing, or we haven't added it yet. In either of these cases you can report a broken link here.

When I click on the download link, i get a hot linking error.
Your either intentionally or unintentionally attempting to bypass our download system. The main problem is if you have some sorta firewall or web browser security like Nortons Internet Security, Black Ice firewall or Windows Firewall on. Another major cause is if you use a download manager. Turn off all those programs/firewalls and don't use download managers, while using Internet Explorer or Firefox.Make sure your firewall, browser, pop up blocker or anti virus programs are not blocking referrers. You should be able to hopefully download perfectly.

When I click the download link it opens my video player? How do i save the file instead.
Firefox Users:

Open Firefox >> Go to TOOLS>> Options >> Content Tab >> File Types Manage >> Select .avi >> Change action >> Save them on my computer do the same for .mkv .mp4 and any other media extensions.
Windows XP Internet Explorer Users:
Go to My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > File Types. Scroll down to the video file extension(.AVI) and highlight it. Click the Advanced button. Check the box next "Confirm open after download" Click OK to apply. Restart the browser. Do the same for .mp4 and .mkv.
Windows Vista/7 Internet Explorer Users:
Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Security > Click on the Internet Icon right underneath the tab > Click on the Custom Level button > Scroll down to Downloads > Downloads/Automatic Prompting for file downloads needs to be set to Disable. Click OK and Click OK to apply. Restart the browser.

Why do I have to register to download from you?
It's another method to help keep away the leechers and hotlinkers aswell as to keep track of our media servers logs.

Why is download going so slow?
If your downloading and the speed is slow the most likely reason is that there are huge amounts of people downloading from our servers which will cause slower downloading speeds. Only real solution is to revisit the site when it's not so busy or maybe gain access to our exclusive as a Bleach Network Supporter.

Windows Media Player gives an error when trying to play the video? I can hear the sound but can't see the picture?
You most likely don't have the proper video codecs to view the video.
The majority of all anime fansubs are encoded. You should downloading and install VLC Media Player which plays almost all video with out the need to install codecs. If you prefer to use regular windows media player, then download this CCC Codec Pack or K-Lite Codec Pack install it onto your computer.

Why am I unable to see any subtitles for MKV or OGM but it works fine for AVI and MP4?
MKV has softsubs unlike AVI and MP4 they are hardsubbed or imprinted in the video and does not require anything to render the subtitles. You can use VLC Media Player but it does not support all releases from the fansubs. We high recommend to install CCC Codec Pack or K-Lite Codec Pack.

K-Lite offers many Codec Packs, which one should I install?
It depends on you. If you plan to use it mostly for playback and not for encoding then we would suggest to use the Standard Version. However, if you plan to encode or do something more than playback then we suggest to install the Mega Version. You can install Mega if you are just using for playback as well; however, it has additionally codecs that you might never use.

Why Do I see no subtitles and hear only English Audio after having the proper codecs? Did I not install the codecs?
No your codecs are working fine. It's just that you do not know how to set it up for using Dual Audio. You should have stated that you are hearing the English Audio. Here is how you change to watch it subbed.

I am using XP; however, it should be the same for Vista or any other Windows OS as well.

When you open up the Episode in Windows Media Player. You will see bunch of icons on your task bar. Let the Episode Start Playing for like few seconds then pause the video.

Your Task Bar should look something like this:

You should either see VobSub: or Haali Media Splitter: . You might see both. It does not matter which one you have and if you follow the instructions to set with either one of them then it will work fine. ^^

If you see VobSub: then right click on the image in your task bar. You should see something like this:

The reason why you have not been seeing the subtitles is because of the options that is checked off. You have to turn on the Japanese Audio and the Subtitles and once you do then it should look like this:

Once you have set either one of them then resume the Episode in your Windows Media Player and then you should hear Japanese Audio and see the Subtitles. ^^ If you are still having issues let me know and I will try to simplify it further. However, you have to do this for EVERY single episode that you do not see subtitles or hear English Audio if they are in MKV or OGM file format.
