The Italian paypal page...can't understand anything. Already followed Ein's advice and cleared cookies(now 3 times) and browsed the US page for a few minutes and still nothing helping. I actually donated earlier this morning at about 1:30 CST but it didn't take. I guess maybe I clicked on something wrong? Dunno..can't read it lol.

If you are using Firefox. I would say to use the Private Browsing Mode and see if that works. If you are still having issues let me know. Also, try clearing your cache as well. Clearing Cookies only removes the password stuff; however, if you clear cache then it resets the website information in your browser. ._.

Tried it in Google Chrome and Safari browsers too and they all take me to the Italian page. =/

Cleared cache and tried the private browsing too but it's still italian. Gonna just go to bed and leave it for now. Thanks for the try Ein.

Hmm, very strange I mean if you cleared your cache that should work. ._. I will take a look around and see if there is something more need to be done...

It's PaypaL trying to figure out what language you speak based on your IP. Try visiting this page and it should work: https://www.paypal.com/en/

I'm having the same problem as well. I just logged in to my paypal account and donated. I'm not sure if it went through on bleach-network's end though. Last time I donated I got all the perks instantly. Been a day still don't have instant downloads.

Didn't work either. I don't know why paypal thinks a texan wants to speak italian...I'm even on my work computer right now and it's a completely different ISP. Just went through google toolbar translation and got it done...hopefully it will actually work this time.

Well, it took, so I guess I just pressed something wrong or maybe it took a day to process, I dunno. Still not sure why Paypal thinks I'm Italian...but I got it figured out. Thanks for the helping hand admins

Issue completely resolved now. We've taken site-side precautions to make sure that users are ALWAYS sent to an English donation page.
