[User Input] trouble downloading hellsing 1-13

clicked on the link to download and the screen just shows a bunch of numbers,words etc. it also continues to load i checked my cookies and im working on a mac book pro. all setting are the same as yesterday when i was downloading just fine. is anyone else having problems with hellsing 1-13 any help would be great to get this DL going again..... great site some kick ass anime.

Are you using Safari? Firefox? It could be possible that instead of saving the file, it's opening up with an arbitrary program. o.o That's only possible issue I can think of. I can download the episode fine on Firefox. If you use Safari try doing right-click / ctrl-click the link to the file and choose Download Linked File As... There is a same option with Firefox called Save Link As...

yes i am using safari. ill try your advice and see what happens. the only thing is that i have been downloading bleach the new hellsing and dragon ball kai, they seem to download just fine. thanks for the help ill let you know what happens

Your Welcome. ^^ Sure, let me know what happens. ^^ If you are still having this issue then I would strongly suggest to install Firefox as it has a really good feature that lets you set extensions and what you want to do with it. o.o

I've had this problem before. Set OGM files to download to your computer and the issue will go away. ^_^

I don't know if Safari has application settings. o.o" I personally never used Safari much and might have used it like 3 or 4 times during my whole life. ._. If there are application settings then it should work fine after you set it to save instead of opening.

my macbook pro has a downloader that it uses. I click the link and it does everything else by it self. They actually show up on my desktop then i just drag them into a folder when they are all done downloading. Today i started downloading the full metal panic episodes but they have no video and i don't have windows lol. Im looking in the support forum for help but it seems everyone uses windows operating system cant find to much on apple systems.

Use Support Forum and don't post in the chatbox as that's not the point of the chatbox. It was me who made that rule if you have any issues let me know and don't dislike members who say to use the support forum.

It has video otherwise we would have replaced it by now. You indicated you were using VLC Player. Do you have the latest version of it? Also, is the issue for one episode or multiple episodes?
