DragonBall Kai Ep 23 not working?

I've downloaded and re-downloaded the file a few times to see if it was the file, then I tried a few diff players and still acts alll crazy. Anyone else getting this issue>?

It seems to be working fine. It could be your computer cannot handle 720p. What is your computer specs?

I think that I have the same problem like ArTex.
For me its like the movie is lagging every second.

My speccs is
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4 GHz
BFG Geforce 8800gts 320 MB OC
Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI
Crossair 2 GB 800Mhz

I only have problem with the new episode.
The rest of dragon ball kai episodes works just fine.

Using VLC player? Even with the beefy graphics card I have, some episodes will lag in certain players. VLC usually plays the files the smoothest.

uhm I use the worst possible computer and I can watch the video fine. I have a Single Core processor with a 512 MB RAM and a ATI FireGL V5000 Graphics Card. If I can play it fine on my computer then I have to question your administrative skills on maintaining your computer. ._. Make sure you have the proper codecs and you are not running like firefox with 300 thousand tabs. o.o" I mean it should work fine on your computer.

It does play fine on my computer, just not always in WMP. It's a codec issue in WMP usually. VLC plays everything smooth as a baby's bottom lol

I use K-Lite + CCCP with Windows Media Player 11 and I can watch it fine... So, if I can do it then there shouldn't be any issue for others. o.o"
