Angry [Resolved] closing an account? - Jun. 14th, 2009, 01:57 PM

How do I close my account? I have been trying for 4 months and not one will listen to me. I have even had to go to paypal to stop payments but the site just will not stop billing me!. I don't receive answers to my emails and even though paypal sided with me that last time I filled a dispute the site will not stop. Someone help me out here, how do I get it to stop?

You subscribed for a subscription with YOUR PayPal account. The ONLY way to stop it is through your OWN PayPal account, we can do nothing about it from our side. You subscribed, the site is not "billing you," PayPal is simply taking money from your account and sending it to ours on every month/6 months/year, depending on what you had selected.

And all the e-mails you've sent, we've sent you a reply back with this SAME message. This last e-mail you sent us 45 minutes ago is the fourth e-mail you've sent us, and the fourth time we've told you we can do nothing about it. PLEASE GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD!

Even if we delete your account here on the site, nothing will change. It's in your PayPal account. PayPal will still take money from your account and send it to ours if you don't cancel the subscription through your own PayPal account.

Don't blame us when it is your own fault, we can do nothing about subscriptions that you YOURSELF chose to have.

My problem is I don't have any subscriptions set up with paypal to anyone. Do you know how you are getting money if I don't have anything set up with paypal or with your site? I have not received any email from you past december of last year. I have checked and double checked my inbox and junk folders and no reply to my message. I am sorry I had to use the forum for this, but I could get anyone to reply unless I did. I am not trying to be impossible, but somewhere their is a breakdown of how to cancel this. If it was a simple as going to my paypal account and hitting cancel I wouldn't be such a pain about this. If you have any info that would help I would like to know.

If you did not receive any of the e-mails we sent back to you, then that means that the e-mail you have in your account (on this site) is incorrect. When you use the contact us form, it sends an e-mail to admin@bleach-network.com, with the "reply back" e-mail being the e-mail you have in your account (on this site.)

Either way, there's no possible way for you to not have a subscription in your PayPal account and it be just randomly taking money out of your account.

To cancel your subscription, do the following:
1) Login to you PayPal account
2) Under the "My Account" tab (already selected) click on "History"
3) Find one of the payments in question, and click on "Details"
4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the new page, and then again on the page that follows.

After that you won't be subscribed anymore. I hope this solves your problem!

Thank you. The transaction was not listed as under subscriptions, but I found another tab that let me cancel it. Sorry for the trouble.
