[Resolved] Supporter but slow downloading?

I am a Bleach Network supporter ( ^.^ ). However I am downloading Episode 3 of Koukaku no Regios and it says it will take about one hour to two hours (depending on the download speed at the time) to finish downloading. Downloading at 20 - 40 kB / sec. I don't have anything else open, or using the internet. My firewall is not on either. It has never downloaded this slow before. Is it me or the site?

I was downloading Elfen Lied the other day, and got great speed off the Supporter Server. It was either your connection at the time, or it could've been our server. Not all of the anime is hosted on the Supporter Server, so sometimes Supporters DL from the main server. If the main server is really tied up, downloads can get slow. If it continues to be a problem let us know.

Mush, all of our media is on the supporter server. _-" The download speed is back to normal. It's not the problem with our server; however, it's the network of our Service Provider. It seems that Friday is peak hours for them. :x So, the speed won't be at it's max. My best suggestion would be to use some form of download manager. You will not get the maximum speed; however, your download will be 3 times faster than the regular download manager.
