Cant open bleach-network site

Hi all,

I dunno if this is an odd case or anything but I cant seem to open this site (bleach-network.com) from my pc..

FYI, this problem happened yesterday when i'm using my telco ISP.. Only this ISP were unable to get into this site.. Each time i inserted http:/bleach-network.com into the url i get a forbidden access ErrorDocumant error.. Any other internet connection seems fine..

The error message is as follows:

FORBIDDEN

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while ttrying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

As far as i know, this ISP uses an ip proxy (203.82.79.2) aka all of this ISP users use the same IP.. So, even tho I plug the ISP to different PC, the same forbidden ErrorDocument keep came up.. Just maybe, did the admins guys blocked this specific ip address from accessing the website?

Can u guy help me with this as this is my main ISP and i'm using a friend's pc just to see this page

hmm.....I do not know.
