International Laws?

Can anyone tell me what international laws are in effect now in regarding to dub an anime?
Who should i contact to make it legal and so on...

Or at least a place where i can look up these things.

uhm, unless you are a millionaire then you cannot do a dub anime. You have to get a License from the Japanese Studio plus the Manga Author and they will not give it to just anyone. Then you will have to find a studio and staff etc.... We do not sub or dub any anime. We just provide the anime. If you are interested in doing that then kindly use Google. We are not affiliated with the Anime Studio in any manner.
