Limited Download

I go to download an episode, the page fails to load. It shows the Network Timed Out message. Apparently this counts as downloading something and it tells me to wait 15 minutes before downloading something else, when I haven't downloaded anything in the first place!

It would be swell if this only applied to a situation when something has actually been downloaded, not when someone is trying to download something.

Relax guys, there is probably a minor glitch and should be resolved real soon.

EDIT: I just tried downloading, and it worked fine for me. I suggest trying again, and if the problem persists, then PM Einar or Tama and they will fix it/ or give youa suggestion.

The media is not on the same server as the site server. When you click to download an episode the site server makes a request to the media server. However, the current media server is unable to handle a huge load. Therefore, it starts to slow down or it goes to a point of unable to accept anymore connections. The site server only knows that you requested to download; however, it cannot verify if the download has been made or not. This issue will be fixed soon.

Yea, I know that's why all donators will be compensated with free premium services for their donations from June. o.o
