I know that this has already been suggested. I read through the first thread and found that the lack of info was the suggestion's downfall. This is why I am suggesting it again, with some story information and the like.
For example, the basic plot of the RP could be like a side-story, following a separate group of Soul Reapers, Quincy, Spiritualy Aware Humans, and of course Hollows, Arrancar, and Vizard. The latter having limited power and number restrictions.
The story, for example, could be the following:

A young group of friends, Soul Reapers, Quincy, and Humans, fight for a firend's life as a rouge group of Arrancar threaten to destroy their very existence in order to overthrow the traitor Aizen's rule.

Or...
Quote:

A newly graduated [from the Academy] group of Soul Reapers find out how truly difficult the life of a Soul Reaper is as they encounter Hollows, Arrancar, and deal with the deaths of their loved ones as they discover their own powers dormant inside of them.

The second one could be like starting out as newly made Soul Reapers and then finding their Shikai, Bankai, and maybe even becoming Vizards or joining Aizen.
