Signature Limit Upgrade

Hey, could the image limit for signatures be raised. At the moment its only four images and I personally have a problem with that since my signature - though small - uses 4 images to make the whole thing (so it can link). This means I can't use any FC signatures or add links to my current sig.

One method iI once saw on a site for moderating sigs seemed really effective. As one of the main reasons for limiting things in sigs is to avoid every1 having extremely large signatures, I noticed a site that instead of using image limits and image size limits, the moderators would monitor signatures themselves (this is easier than you think) and stop any1 who has a signature thats too big. For example, on that site, your signature can have whateva you want but must be contained within a 500x300 px space. That means that you could have for example, 1 500x300 image, 3 500x100 images each one under another, or 1 500x100 image with 10 lines of 20px size text.

This would also solve the problem that some people have enormous signatures simply by using large images. So some people have 4 large images that uses up a total area far beyond...mine for example.

So if the limits on signatures could be raised, I'd appreciate it and if you're willing to take on my idea of individually moderating sigs, then even better. If not, then it's ok...somewhat.

I am not going to sit through 88k members and monitor them nor I am hiring staff just to do that. Personally, I believe 2 images are more than enough to display in the signature. You can just put a link to the images or put them in the spoiler tag.
