A Clan/Club/Guild forum?

I was thinking. . . instead of flooding the Bleach Discussion forum with various different threads devoted to one character, why not just make a separate forum that is made for all sorts of fan-clubs, rp clubs, etc. Most forums have them and it seems useless to let threads that are hundreds of pages devoted to one person run amok in the Bleach Discussion forum. >_>
