Actually to upload licensed anime, Diverse Anime would have to rent out a dedicated server out of the United State, they have to chose the Netherlands because they won't give them any trouble. In some thread it tell specifies how much they need to rent out one of those servers for two years. See at the moment the server Diverse Anime is on is located in the United States that why.
