Out of the three, my choice would have to go with the first one. That kind of green doesn't really suit Halo, in my opinion.
Blending's pretty good. However, you need to add more depth and lighting to your signature. The fog or light or whatever it is looks like it's randomly placed, especially since it's just on the right side of the signature... the left side looks a bit plain. o.o" It would be nice if you could add some of those fog thing on the left side, too.
Also, I think leaving the border's layer style to normal would be best.
