At first, I had no idea what i was looking at but after a while, I got it.
Axerion is right about the hand on the left. It is blocky, unless that is what you were trying to achieve, and if so, it doesnt look good ><"
I like the message you are trying to convey in the sig ^^" Its interesting =D. And the sig itself is also interesting but I think it is hard to understand and... Well its hard to see what the focus is because of the light patches around the sig.

Im not too good with the whole CC.. So ill leave that to others. Bt yeah, I jst think its a bit hard to focus on one focal point.. The message is neat tho.

I think that it's too bright, and too dark at the same time. The lighting is wrong, and Altair's face is too dark, that his nose and mouth are almost indistinguishable. >_> and like Yanga, I like the message you're trying to convey, but.. yeah, it's just too bright and too dark. Also, you could choose a simpler font for the text, and maybe not place them into different places. o.o"

I have to say the other comments pretty much caught it all.

The sig is too messy, you can't see what's happening. The message is nice, but it's too hard to read it the way it is now, it's too spread apart.

i think blackmamba said it all ,i think it is too missy and the colors seems to be a total mess ,sorry for that but good effort and i can't wait to see you coming works
