great blending,try to add a black
but its too bright for me,add a black and white gradient map and set it multiply at 40-50% to make it Darker

Yes, i agree with everyone else about v2 being better. The first one jst wasnt finished and you kinda finished it off with v2!
Its a tad bright tho.

the second one would look better if you removed the text and border.
you could try not to use only the face but the entire character instead, because that head is taking up a lot of space haha.
