Well, first of all... the red lines above and under the text "chaos" doesn't fit the signature at all (also the wave-y lines, in my opinion). The wave-y lines are fine, I guess; but red doesn't quite fit the tag. Maybe make it yellow/orange or whatever, and add some outer glow on that. Make it fit with the feel of the signature.
Next, the fire effect is quite nice. Although the buildings don't seem to be on fire, even though there are fire on top of them. Plus, there's no depth on the image whatsoever. _-"
Thin the border, 1px is fine, in my opinion. Or you could just get rid of it. Whichever looks better. ;D It's a good signature, though. Keep it up. ^^

its extremely simple, i don't think you could say its photo manipulation. U added some fire brushes, two pen tool lines and another abstarct brush. At least these are the things most noticeable. Try to add more variety, there are crap load of awesome brushes from deviantart. Use them and make your own abstract scenery on stocks. Other than that, its okay.
