lol maybe the Aizen plotted all of this...aizen found a way to become the most powerfull shinigami ever..he then thought of a plan to realize it...for some reason he needs to be in "heaven" with the king ( we really dont know what is ultimate goal is ) but as for now..that is...he needs a town to make a key..devises a plan to get this key..he needs a town with a lot of spirit density n stuff...in order to get this he did 1. Get isshin expelled to the human world..and let his reiatsu spill all over the place..along with his son..which he calculated cos he knew the more shinigami the more likely the spirit density will increase...2. he makes the vaizard a group that was made only so that Urahara would make something that could store tremendous amounts of energy, the Hougyoku, in order to save his fellow shinigami..which was later not nececary cos defeating ur inner hollow was enough. 3. He knows SS will try to stop him..thats where the aforementioned Hougyoku comes into play..he uses this to create super hollow that will do his bidding...disposable of course..but enough to buy him time...

and thats it so far...point 2 is a bit plausible..but Im sure of it that aizen made the situation so that the hougyoku was made by his action..cos he knew he needed it for his plans of creating a personal army...
