It comes out at 7 AM EST on Crunchyroll and Horrible Subs releases usually around 10 or 20 minutes later than that.... If they have any issues then it could be late as 24 hours.

I'm not allowed to download things at work... because this comp is on an Air Force network... it is a security risk if I download anything...
