well maybe it is because they realize that they gotta pick up the pace if they want to stop having to run fillers, which they have to draw up as well as the manga and regular episodes... plus most fans kinda get pissed about fillers... so the manga is having to be rushed out now... so the anime doesn't just take a different path by surpassing the manga...

What the hell are you talking about? Shounen Jump and TV Tokyo are two totally different companies. Shounen Jump could care less what happens in TV Tokyo and worry only about their popularity. The only reason it came out early is because someone leaked it out early. Plus, Tite has very little to say what with how TV Tokyo makes Bleach into Anime. They use Bleach as a reference; however, they are not restricted to that if you recall Fullmetal Alchemist is one of these examples. So, do not mix these two companies together.
