i try explorer and it did not work and i am on googlie chrome and it still not geting me my downloads it say the same thig

Your IP Address is currently banned from our server by a rule. What were you trying to do? It only bans you if you do something drastic as trying to download anime more than twice. Could you tell me what exactly did you do?
