Timmeh_PS3 get's my vote.

You can clearly see that it reflects the theme yet that it has a own colour to it making ti seem a bit of a cartoon too. Definetly a good and special combo.

he as a good blend in with the background and it like looks real. what im trying to say is i dont know if it just me but it looks likes she standing around soft pink see threw curtains giving it more sexiness to the sig

I'll vote for RazerRD. Its a very good sig, i very much like the swirling smoke effect of the sig, gives it a unique look. The only complain i have from this one is he could have chosen a better model xD
Timmeh's sig is good too but he has relied too much on the vector side. Should have added more basic sig stuff like clipping masks and brushes and all. I know its a vector sig but they don't win much in competitions because they have been used quite a lot.
VizardBoi's sig is extremely simple and has lack of path which means he used different things randomly and which in the end serve no purpose to the sig itself.
Kwack's sig was nice looking but very basic. The only effects that come to mind on the first look are the sparkles. And there shold be some contrast between the brightness and the rest of the sig.

I vote RazerRD. It just stands out more for me. I'm not of photoshop expert so I can't really say why this stands out better to me than the rest, but it does.
