I'm going to go for Blitz88. Decent sig, i like the neon effects on both sides of the render, captures the theme nicely. More effects on the render itself would have made the sig perfect.
Glory's sig was okay but i didn't like two things. Too bright and the rough effect looked overdone.
Piney's sig lacked the baisc ingredient. Depth. Totally took away the focus with the finihsing touch of that neon light thing across. Also there is the trouble with the flow. The bg point to one direction while the neon effects point to another.
Roza's sig was way too rough and looked incomplete. And very simple. And I don't get how she can prove that her sig was according to the theme itself Knowing her abilities, this was only 10% of her true potential. Even less maybe.

to be honest ,i did that sig kind of rushly ,i didn't take my time to do it as my other sigs ,as for how it fits the scene it was suppossed to look like a neon sign but i failed in that

my vote goes to blitz since i liked the effect and the depth of it .

I vote for roza, though it didn't quite come out right the idea itself was good. Neon light signs also came to my mind, but I chose to go another way. The cracks and stuff kinda confuse me though XD is it an old neon sign? D::

Glory gmv because of the L factor and the shiny finger trick and nice blending although its wayyyyyy over blended T.T

I'm voting for GloryFadesXP mainly because I really liked the finger thing though tbh its also the bit I don't like as well in term of how it look slightly flat and 2d at points. Regardless really like how he's blended it all and imo its pretty much perfect in that respect.

The text however caught my eye the most. Absolutely loved it, see no problem in it whatsoever and I know how hard it is to nail text in a sig.
