it is VERY confusing, and to be honest, if I didn't watch the show first and have some familiarity with this concept, I would be very lost. They don't explain things well at all. They said something about Ed and Al sharing an existence or something, and it made no sense to me, but it was never elaborated on. The good news is that they're moving along pretty quickly with regards to the war, but in terms of explanation, it's pretty poorly handled.,

Just read the latest chapter... It seems that Mustang's plan is revealed on what things will be occurring in the Central. However; it doesn't seem that it will go as they have planned. King Bradley is probably going to be the one that will destroy the plans... The other thing is that Gluttony and Pride trying to gather everyone seems that the Father also has his plans in motion. If they succeed in killing Gluttony and Pride that should help out a lot for Ed and Greed. Also, what news does Ran Fan bring to Ling?

i don't know about that but i'm worried about Grumman's individual plans and if mustang is relaying on him that would really destroy everything they planned for so far.and did they really killed gluttony,i mean he is a homonculus he wouldn't die easily ,and about ran fan news maybe their country is gonna help t stop the promised day disaster

If you remember Envy; how they kept attacking it until it kept using the Philosopher's stone until it had nothing left. So, if they do the same with Gluttony and Pride... That might work and they could defeat them that way.. I don't think that Ling's clan is going to be supporting... For some reason it seems that there's more than meets the eye. o.o" As for Grumman's plan; the late action he takes the better it will look. If they act fast then it would show that they had linked in some form. o.O

that was my point ,they have to keep fighting gluttony and don't forget that pride is going to join the fight soon too so they are not safe yet,and as long as pride has his hands on Al ,ed won't be that free to act either

Technically, Pride cannot kill Al; however, he can threaten Ed about it. Plus, if Ed dies then Al also dies with him... The other part is that the Lion man is attacking Pride right now... I hope he does enough damage to him. I think Ed and Al's father might be able to defeat the Homunculus as he would know about them better than anyone else. :x

Things are definitely picking up here. Totally loving it.

Grumman is a shady character, but he's more realistic than Mustang. You can't just overthrow a government that has been efficiently and effectively run unless they expose to the public all the corruption. I don't think that's the ideal plan, though, because if the public finds out their government was being run my monsters, why would they accept any one linked to that administration as their leader? Grumman trying to play the hero role actually works for every one: It keeps the public happy by now allowing a renegade to stage a cout, and it gets the homunculi out of power.

I doubt Pride is gonna be defeated here. He seems like he's far too important a character. But I'd love to see Gluttony die. I'm sick of him and would love to see Ran Fan and Greed/Lin take him out once and for all

I don't think he does any more... although it could've been a trap (Ed didn't actually investigate) Al was just sitting there during the fight. Maybe because Pride's main body was attacked, he lost control of Al.

When they transmute stuff, they can like feel waht the stuff is made of, so why cant Ed just tuch a homoclus and then just transmute it ? If they can transmute the iron in blood into a sword, then why not turn the homoclus's blood into iron ( while the blood is still in the homoclus veins ).. easy win

Yea, that maybe true. However, Grumman is relatively old and is not in his prime ages. Plus, the other aspect is that Wrath/King Bradely has a wisp of his plans. That's why he is trying to stall it as much as the Father can set their plans in motion. Most people cannot even understand as very few people know alchemy and usually distrust the military as they have relatively bad reputations in times. Their motives may not be bad, but some alchemists are corrupt like the Crimson Alchemist.

So, their plans will have lot of troubles. Mustang's true goal in actual is to take over the military; however, it seems that their plan were changed in the last minute due to King Bradely.

The thing of alchemy is equal trade. Therefore, you cannot make something out nothing and you cannot add something to make something out of no where. The blood even though it contains iron; the quantity of it is relatively small. So, it's difficult for them to transmute blood into iron. They can only use the iron to make something out of it; maybe it could be like a small needle. o.o"
