Inuyasha is ending.

lol rukia, the anime ended on episode 167. but that wasn't the end of the story. i cnt actually remember exactly why they stopped it but it was really abrupt. the manga however continued and has been continuing for ages now. next week though is the last chapter.

and lol rei, what u mean whats happened to kagome? shes the joint main character with inuyasha, its not like she was gonna die or something. (basically shes exactly the same lol)

since kikyou's dead then im guessing its gonna def be Inuyasha and Kagome together in one of the last chapters

Man, I thought that series would never end. I watched it too on tv, but started reading cuz they only go up to a certain point, but I haven't read in a very very long time, kinda got bored with it. But now I guess I should catch up, just to know how it ends

yeah. she dies in like volume 46 or 47. cnt remember. i only just passed the bit a little while back. but she like disappears and all. similar sorta death to kagura.

its really sweet kagura's like there on the ground dying cos of naraku's miasma...and then sess turns up and she like smiling and sess asks her if she has any regrets or something and shes saying shes happy cos she gets to see him. and then later on mouryoumaru or whetav is fighting the gang and starts insulting kagura and saying she died in vain. suddenly u see sess really angry and charging at him. (this is also how he loses tokijin or however u spell it)

It was cancelled because people lost interest. Just like an US show where people stop watching, they made an executive decision to end it. The anime wasn't particularly popular... probably because it sucks.
