List of new shows for the summer. I'm not too familiar with a lot of these, but I'm glad to see Blade of the Immortal becoming a show. Any thing worth looking forward to besides that?

sweet... a Lucky Star OVA! I loved that show. Also good to see more Vampire Knight. Good looks on the fall preview man.

blade of the immortal was on my list beause it looks good, but i haven't watched it yet.. i will in a few minutes though ^^

And i'm currently following these 2:
Birdy the mighty decode: Allready 2 episodes released and its not bad so far
zero no tsukaima 3: Well, i've seen the other 2 seasons and they weren't bad either. (you have to watch the others if you want to watch this cuz you probably won't understand much)

Some others caught my attention but i have to much ongoing series atm

Code geass R2 should be finishing about then. If you can wait, you should be able to dl the whole series.

code violet as far as i know is manga and now they make anime series
also i saw a movie, yes a movie made by that manga (with main character from Resident evil, forget her name) and it was quite a good movie
its about sorta of vampires and humans and infection

well Eclipse is fansubbing slayers revolution..its not really something I like...and theyr making an anime of Ultraviolet ...the movie was not that good...but the effects were cool :P

Anyway, a few things I found interesting:

A Resident Evil anime movie? It'll be released in Japan in October, and I'm very curious to see how it turns out. It uses Leon and Claire, so it might be a movie version of RE2, or it might be something original. Regardless, anything RE piques my interest.

The Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann movie came out 3 days ago (wasn't aware it was out already). If it's anywhere near as good as the show, it'll be worth watching. Can't wait for a fansub.

The sequel to Clannad (a great show for those of you who haven't seen it) finally has an official air date: October 2

Perhaps the most interesting is Rebuild of Evangelion 2.0. I have no clue what that is (sequel, prequel, relaunch, whatever) but I always thought Evangelion was one of the biggest missed opportunities in all of anime. The religious and philosophical undertones were interesting and thought-provoking, but I could just never see past the horrible characters and the rushed ending. If they plan on making this a series of movies that better explains some of the mythology involved, and they slightly alter some of the characters (here's looking at you, Shinji), this could be fantastic. I haven't seen the first part of this movie series, which came out last September, so I'm not 100% what this is, but I'm very curious nonetheless.
