2007's Top 10 fave anime by Yahoo Japan

Reported by Yahoo Japan, over 2 million Japanese anime fans voted for their fave anime of 2007. The top 10 out of 100 titles where as follows.

* 1 - sola
* 2 - Lucky Star
* 3 - Katei Kyoshi Hitman Reborn
* 4 - Ookiku Furi Kabutte
* 5 - Higurashi
* 6 - Gintama
* 7 - Nanoha StrikerS
* 8 - Nanatsuiro Drops
* 9 - Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei
* 10 - Hidamari Sketch

Out of the 2 million votes, sola got 340,000, Lucky Star got 160,000 and Kateikyoshi Hitman Reborn got 130,000 votes.

People who participated in the vote and didn't see their fave anime in the top ten said "I'm extremely disappointed."

My top 10 wouldn't look like that at all. I'd have to think about the order but my list would include Sky Girls, Xenoglossia, Darker than Black, Claymore, Gurren Lagann, Minami-ke

I stumbled on this across the net and I was really suprised that Bleach isn't in this list but I'm happy that the two anime i like are here (Reborn and Gintama). So what are your thoughts about it?

I've never even seen any of these anime *feels like anime noob* even though I've watched so much anime's...

well now we know that Japanese people love romantic animes but dude i haven't seen even ONE of those animes. Hell i haven't even heard of them apart from Gintama and Lucky Star. o.o
Naruto and Bleach are liked internationally, the Japanese people might have different opinions.

woah...neva heard of any of them cept Gintama....and haven't even seen an ep of that....

bloody hell.....so what genres are all of those? ill probably start watching some of them depending on that.

Well maybe its like Pokemon, it's not that popular in Japan rofl. But Bleach and Naruto are popular there I think..

Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn made the top 3? o.o" This is awesome! I love that anime. xD Bleach didn't even make the top 10? Now that's a surprise. Well, I'm glad KH Reborn made it to the list! That was so unexpected.
