Worst Characters

[Darth Kenshin]

For me, characters drive a show more than plot, action, or any thing else. If I don't like the characters, I can't enjoy a show. So I just wanted to see what characters out there annoyed you, ruined a show, or completely turned you off to a show. I'll start:

Shinji (Evangelion) - I don't care how intelligent this show is, or how profound its religious undertones may be. I can never invest myself in it mentally because of how much I hate this schmuck. He's overly angsty, perverted (that hospital scene was way too creepy), cowardly, unrelatable, and impossible to empathize with. Young kids being used by the military should play at some heart strings, but not in this case. I never felt bad for him once. Worst lead character in anime history.

Cell (DBZ) - confusing origin (what timeline is he from again?), incomprehensible powers (why can he regenerate better than Piccolo?), cheesy design, and dragged out story arch. Really, nothing redeeming about him.

Rini (Sailor Moon) - I really enjoyed the first season of this show. Then when this brat showed her face, I knew it would never be the same.

Sophie (Howl's Moving Castle) - The least interesting and least impressive of all of Miyazaki's normally fantastic heroines. Still liked the movie, though.

Shippo (Inuyasha) - The token Shonen little pet/cute thing is supposed to be seen and not heard. Shippo was heard way too often. The putz was always underfoot.

I could go on forever, but I'd like to see what other people think

Ebisu- Naruto I just hate that guy he is too annoying

Tousen-Bleach he is beyond annoying and he talks crap about justice. justice my ass

Koga- Inuyasha he is absouletely ridiculous

Lol. Well if we're downing the justice.
I guess Wufei Chang of Gundam Wing is included. Though I think there were a lot of unnecessary characters there.
Also, Ryo Ohki's human form, while cute was only annoying.
Kon and all the plushie characters. I f-ing hate how they really serve no pupose other than to be annoying little commentators! Frustrating really.

Cell - DBZ - This guy is too annoying.

hahaha... I'm surprised how many people hate Naruto. I got the impression that show was very popular amongst the members of this site. Anyway, I have more to add:

Miyabi (GTO) - It's not her fault... the show was just too long. She held her grudge about 30 episodes longer than all the other students. It was just tiresome. I don't think any one cared about the explanation of her behaviour by the time they finally addressed it.

Yahiko (Kenshin) - He was too important (same problem as Shippo). More importantly, though, he ruined the mood of the show. Kenshin is supposed to be a tragic story.

Incognito (Hellsing) - that's what they came up with to fight Alucard? Really? How did he get past editting?

DUDE!! CELL. I can see the 1st form, but the Final form was so freakin awesome.

I say Rukia, Hinamori. Kiba from naruto use to piss me off, but not anymore.
