Plot

Mai Tokiha transfers to Fuka Academy and learns that she along with several other girls at the school are HiMEs. Initially, the girls face off against monsters and a nefarious foreign organization. But when they learn of their true purpose at Fuka Academy, the girls must fight to save the world and protect what's most important to them.

You will love this one, it is one of the best i have seen so far and that is saying much when i have over 130 anime series on my computer and dvd collection all to together

Story

My-Otome's story takes place in the distant future on the planet Earl, colonized by immigrants from Earth centuries ago. "Old technology" has survived in the form of nanomachines that allow female virgins to take the role of Meister Otomes - bodyguards and warriors that serve the royalty of various kingdoms. Arika Yumemiya has come to Windbloom Kingdom in search of her mother, whom Arika knows was an Otome. On her arrival she meets the top Coral Otome student, Nina Wáng, and Windbloom's heir to the throne, Mashiro Blan de Windbloom. The series follows Arika's progress as a student at Garderobe Academy and the machinations of those desiring the destructive power of the old technology for themselves.

Plot

My-Otome Zwei takes place one year after the events of My-Otome. Arika is now a full-fledged Otome (though still under the tutelage of Miss Maria) and Nagi is incarcerated in a prison somewhere in Aries. The various nations are at peace with one another and plan to hold S.O.L.T. (Strategic Otome Limitation Talks) to discuss limiting the numbers of Otome. A mission to destroy a meteor threatening to collide with Earl sets into motion a chain of events which result in a mysterious shadowy figure attacking Garderobe and several Otome as well as a new, more powerful version of Slave appearing across the planet. To make matters worse, Queen Mashiro disappears following an argument with Arika. The series follows Arika's search for Mashiro as well as Garderobe's attempts to uncover the truth behind the shadowy figure.

Story

Rena/Lena Sayers is wary of the power of an Otome so she dropped out during graduation.. Some time laiter she meets Sifr Fran who she helps rescue from a kidnaper. She introduces herself as Lena Yumemiya. When Sifr tell Lena her dream of becoming a Meister Otome, Lena admits that she dropped out during graduation and that she is afraid due to their fate of fighting other Otome..

My Otome is the same as Mai hime. You will love it just as much, same characters as in Mai Hime with the same personalitys but a diffrent set up

I realy recommend them and if you are going to watch them, then see them in the order, Mai Hime, My Otome and My Otome Zwei,My Otome 0~Sifr~ to get a sort of story base between Mai Hime and My Otome.

I watched all 3 and i liked them and i'm wating for the new ova-s.
and for that ova have second title, i think it was: (new star otome) or something like that and it happened before my otome and zwei, its about mother of arika.

Yes, you should look at Mai Hime first in my opinion and My Otome after.

Nothing special but it looks like this is the foture of Mai Hime in some sort. It helps explain things and some areas and events if you look at Mai Hime one time befor you look at My Otome.

For example : the place Miyu visit in ep 25 of My Otome to activate the Moon is a part of the school in Mai Hime.

My Otome is a spin-off of Mai Hime so of course there is many things that is connected between the two series

one of otome is decendant of one hime.
and is told in anime, so it isn't only theory, it's a fact

It is a realy good Anime all of them.. if you have not seen them yet the... Download them !!! or you will realy miss somthing..

there is a relation between Mai Hime and My Otome in form of places and stuff but not originate as if My Otome is the foture off Mai Hime. Ok Alyssa Searrs and Arika Yumemiya are related but its not the same Alyssa Searrs as in My Hime.. as Zshadow said.. My Otome is a spin-off of Mai Hime. a alternate story.. same people but in a different world/existense..

in any case.. this is a anime that you should not miss.. So go to Isohunt or what ever and download them if you dont have them !!!!

try watch mai otome sifr. first part is out and is realy good and interesting i'm wating for second part and i hope that there won't be only 3 parts, bacause is realy good for an OVA perhaps better than original, try it!

its true connection would be Alyssa Searrs and Arika Yumemiya, we only know that names are the same, and she looked the same and we saw miyu and she talked about watching ower decendend.
