Most ANNOYING Anime/Manga Character -

I know there was one from the Entertainment forum, and my search yielded no results for a previous one, so here it is:
Who is/are the most rage-inducing, tv/computer-throwing, book-tearing, flabbergastingly annoying anime character[s] you know?
My List:
Excalibur from Soul Eater
Gay dude from Gurren Lagann
Tesla. Nnoitra's Fraccion dude. I'm sorry, I just wanna break the computer screen in half every time he comes on, TT...

Shinji (Evangelion) - just whined too much... way too much angst
Cell (DBZ) - took too long to die. Also, his powers and origin still don't make sense
Shippo (Inuyasha) - failed attempt at the token cute Shounen character
Yahiko (Rurouni Kenshin) - great in the manga, TERRIBLE in the anime
Raki (Claymore) - STOP CRYING!!!
Rini (Sailor Moon) - one of the first anime I watched... this kid singlehandedly destroyed the post-Beryl stuff
Mod Souls (Bleach) - the 3 that were added to the anime during the Bount arc. I've blocked their names from my memory, but they are awful
Misa (Death Note) - the whole show started to irritate me down the stretch, but Misa just never fit in in my opinion. Just eye candy... annoying eye candy
Orihime (Bleach) - Everytime she says "Kurosaki-kun" I die a little inside.
Lavie (Last Exile) - I think the Dub ruined her... she was way too whiny
Everyone in Soul Eater - I want that part of my life back

Lol Love the last one... no offense to the Soul Eater fans, but Soul Eater was epic fail! What was the point of the story if one punch wins the fight??!!....(f****!!! i wasted my time watching that shit...)
Orihimi is annoying when she goes "Don't die Kurosaki-kun!!"... that ruined it...i remember a few episodes ago when she said this and i just stood up and went "what the hell?!!"
Shut up Orihime!! You're here to be saved, just dont say anything!!!
*AHEM* Anyways i cant think of anymore flaws in anime that people havent alerady mentioned... Later.

She just sits there and cries, she has a gun but she dosen't even use it, plus she can't shoot anything. you know... eventually Team Rocket doesn't ruin anything and just becomes an afterthought... a few times ash just blasts them before they can do anything...

I seriously am having a mental block on all the people I hate. ;_____; I could think of two people, though. Flay Allster from Gundam SEED and Shinn Asuka from Gundam SEED Destiny.
Flay Allster, because she’s just an annoying whiny girl. She’s hella crazy, too. She’s super jealous of the Coordinators and always finds a way how it’s so unfair that they’re better and everything. :x I mean, get a life! Also, how could she leave Sai for Kira. ~_~ I like Kira and all, but still, that was b*tchy of her.
Shinn Asuka, because the dude has serious problems. He’s like the Gundam SEED Destiny version of Sasuke from Naruto. I also hate him for thinking he’s better than Kira, just because he was able to “defeat” Freedom using the Impulse. Everybody knows he cheated! You can never defeat Freedom in a one-on-one battle without asking for spare parts. ~_~ Lucky you, Kira doesn’t go for the kill. Hmph. D: At least he got owned the next time they battled, this time against the Strike Freedom. xD
Still can't get over it. :P
