with the shadow effect...just using black as secondary then white is primary then you make both colors transperacy low then you use gradient....well thats how i do it...
that would call under the perspective transform & adjust the edges accordingly also 4 the drop shadow that would fall under layer styles >> drop shadow

oh k...
well basically....ill go with proper grammar and stuff for this:
-----------------------------
1. Once you've done the signature, copy it and flip it, like Rome said. Then move it below the original.
2. Next, select the flipped part and on the menu bar at the top (File, Edit, View, etc.) go to Select. Then under that go to Modify and then Expand. select 2px in the box that pops up.
3. Next, while the flipped image is still selected, click on the little button at the bottom of the layers panel. Just hover over each button until you find one saying "create layer mask" or something similar.
4. Then, while holding the ALT button, click on the little image thats appeared next to the preview of the layer in the layers panel. This should make the selected section turn white and everything else turn black (you're now viewing the layer mask).
5. Select the gradient tool and select under its options "Foreground to Background". Then simply click and drag from the bottom of the white section to the top.
That makes the reflection fade away as you look further down.
-----------------------------
if you still dnt understand something, say exactly which bit u dnt understand.
