Good finding mate. I doubt this is true. Cos Chapter 399 RAW will be released on Tuesday, this week in Japan. I will post all the spoilers as soon as the RAW is released on the net. It would be interestin to read fake ones XD.

We have experienced that there often occurs the question about when the raw or the next chapter comes out...

Mostly you will experience the raw by Thursday. But it can also be delayed. This is because it depends on when the japanese fans take camshots or scan the raw.
Try not to be impatient. After all it's a free service, we can complain if the raw is late, but it won't get us it any sooner. We should also consider ourselves lucky because we get to read a chapter that is to be released in Weekly Shounen Jump the Monday after the raw of said chapter is leaked in the internet.

EDIT by GK: the RAW is now more commonly out on Fridays. The reason being that there has been less people posting the RAWs on the internet for Naruto lately. By Friday, however, some people will be able to get their hands on an actual Shonen Jump magazine and be able to scan it for us.

As soon as someone finds the raw in the internet he/she is free to post it here in the scanlation section or to give the mods a hint.
We will upload it then for your pleasure.

Golden Week is the japanese term for a period of public holidays: April 29th to May 5th. Within this period, Japan celebrates four holidays. Due to this in the week before (April 23th to 28th) there will be no raw. The week before you will get a double release instead. Double release does not mean that we will have two chapters for that week; it means that the chapter in the double release is good for two weeks. This does not necessarily mean that the chapter will be longer than usual.

Please do not ask when the next chapter comes out! Just wait and see!
