Madara seems to be controlling the scenes. He's watching Sasuke because he was the one that originally ordered Itachi to kill his clan, and prolly leave his brother alive. He wanted a showdown between brothers to see which one of them would ultimately be the strongest ninja. That ninja is prolly going to fight Madara in the end. *This is my theory, for Madara to see who is truly the strongest Ninja in his clan, perhaps in his entire village*

Only time will tell if the writers will disclose that information. More of Konoha's senior ninja have been fighting and having their back story told, so it only amounts to time when Tobi story is fully told out. Should be interesting

I wouldn't say that I am right, but I would say that is the most logical scenario. And considering the way Madara toys with everyone, it's would be the most amusing toy for him *the brothers to fight*. He seems to be one to pull strings as if everyone is a puppet, and he has Pein following him like a loyal puppy. I love how everything is like a joke to him, and how he taunts his enemies despite seeming like a clutz.

what we know: Uchiha clan is dead... Itachi stands next to his parents` bodies... we know Tobi is really Madara... we know that he`s kinda` bossing Pein around...

what we need to know: Itachi REALLY killed his clan? Is Madara to blame for that? Madara is that powerful that he bests the one that killed Jiraiya? Why is he monitoring the fight between the two brothers?

i don`t want to start guessing what`s going to happen, too... i`ll just say that manga is supreme...
