pfff...thats a hard one...most shippuuden ost is quite good but if its only OP and ED then Id say, Speed, Scenario, Wind and Yura Yura...and perhaps some more :P

I think all of the Shippuden songs are good especially Akatsuki, Shitsui, Shippu Kumiyoku, Hakubo, Hisou to name a few. I think, that Shippuden OST is the best among all the other different anime soundtracks.

For naruto movies, i like no rain no rainbow from Naruto Shippuuden Kizuna.
