Tatsuki may have some spiritual powers but she still a noob when it comes to fighting in the spiritual sense she sucks she didnt even make a scratch on the hallow and toushiro had to save her ass what a drag. And if evreyone knows she has spirtual powers why dont they freakin train her so that the only time I can watch her is the filler episodes

Well, what do think Soi Fon might think of herself? Seriously speaking. Yoriuchi is definitely at the top of this hand to hand combat comparison, hands down, and she's so far ahead of Soi Fon even with her abilities, but in the same manner Tatsuki could be a real-world counterpart to Soi Fon. remember her named was changed into something more aggressive and tatsuki even writes her name in a more aggressive way. If she were (hypothetically speaking,) taken under Soi Fon's wing, we could see one serious fighter in the vein of the 2nd division. She's already very strong and skilled in human terms, I just wish sometimes Yoruichi would have noticed her along with Chad and Inoue and helped her develop. She has all the potential, it just must be developed. Thank goodness Bleach is a long series, we might just see that one day.

does have potential but why would they develop inoue and not tatsuki because inoue is only good for healing. tatsuki would be like rukia in a way that shes not afraid to fight

I think Yoruichi might honestly didn't notice the fact because of Inoue and Chad's Holy Crap! factor in what happened during those encounters. That grabbed her attention and since Tatsuki was already injured by the hollow that Orihime decided to defend her against. Yoruichi might have noticed that Orihime was already furhter along as well though and Tatsuki needs more time before she gets her involved, but now that she's directly tried to take on a hollow (and failed though) she has now had an offensively direct encounter, (and here's the recurring theme with all Humans who have gained spiritual powers: she wants to protect something/someone) instead of being an observer in the other instances. Of course the Yoruichi, Urahara, Isshin, and Ryujin click seems to stay on top of things pretty well, even if they're not saying something. So far the only think I've seen catch Urahara off guard was during Chad's training and thought of Orihime.
Still vote for Tatsuki.
