To Aru Majutsu no Index

I recently watched To Aru Majutsu no Index and really liked the music that plays at the start of almost every ep -- the bit where they review the events of the previous episode.

But I've looked through all the music on the OST but can't find it and dunno where exactly I missed it. So does anyone have the OST downloaded or just knows what music I'm talking about? I just need the name of the track.
