All I see on the website is Bleach Movie: Memories of Nobody. Can I please get the Second One too.

It has been released but not subbed yet. Unless you can understand Japanese, you have to wait for it to be subbed just like the rest of us. Sorry.

Seriously, any more threads asking about this movie will be instantly deleted. There's a thread entitled DIAMOND DUST REBELLION. Simply searching "Diamond" could have answered your question. Not to mention this is literally about the 20th thread on the same topic.
