LOL Not sure I could part with the originals.

These really are a labor of love... of fandom...
Brace.... oddly... all told Zabimaru only took about 3 to 4 hours from inspiration to all done to do. Zaraki on the other hand was work at a little over 3 days all together. Thats working on it about 4 hours a day too. I was positively inspired to do Zabimaru and it just flowed.

Adding Renji was a last minute thing. I did Zabimaru yesterday. It doesn't always come together like that... in fact it's pretty rare. In all fairness though I'm still much better with graphite than the sketch and wash pencils. I don't honestly know what those things are. But if I get good with them it will cut down on how much supply it takes.
A picture like Zabimaru can kill 3 #2 pencils and eat 1/4 of my graphite stick and ebony pencils. Both of which cost 3 dollars to replace... not to mention the bristol board which can run between 1.50 and 3.00 a sheet. LOL It's why I do a lot of my backgrounds in PS. I'm workin gon a really big Ichigo pic right now. It's like Movie poster size... so it will be a while. I dread scanning it all in.
Thanks zB and Shy! You know I love to share these. I think the biggest thrill is when I know people are keeping the credit on there but sharing them around communities I don't belong to. It's kinda neat to run across my work in some odd places. LOL
