in the manga, after crazy shi* happens, we get to see the real leader of Akatsuki, or so we thought, and the battle between Pein(the leader) and his master, Jiraiya... before being killed by Pein, he manages to write the code on Pa`s back(Jiraiya in Sannin mode has Ma and Pa on his shoulders, two froggies) and he has to take the code to Naruto for some unknown purposes so far... we don`t know what`s it about, but it involves Kyuubi and a technique which: Jiraiya: Naruto would have to learn that technique, eventually......
