Java is very different from C++ and is more oriented. xD You might like it or hate if you like C++ more as it gets very restricted on programming. While C++ gives you more room to work with.
As for encrypting and decrypting, I haven't written any program yet. However, I can use a simple algorithm to do it. o.o" All, I can do is make a look that adds after every third letter a random letter or number and then decrypt it. ._. It's not that hard; the algorithms are basically used to make it harder to decode if someone reads it and usually use more than one algorithm to encrypt as it looks gibberish to anyone without a decrypting software. o.o" However, if you really want to learn about it I would say to read about cryptography as that's where it goes and is more like cyber security.
I already know C++ and I have been using it for 3 to 4 years. However, I still have to work on the advanced stuff like Class Inheritance, creating libraries, knowing standard operators to modify them, linked list manipulation etc.. o.o"

However, I think most programmers just stick to one language. xD I want to have a good flexibility; however, I intend to be at level 8 or 9 on a scale from 1 to 10 with C++ someday. :P I am just learning newer languages to get a better flexibility in my critical thinking and learning how to write better algorithms. ^^

It will be like maybe 6 or 7 episodes till Bleach Fillers are over. I know that some manga artists just put the ecchi stuff to attract some more fans... I personally believe it's best not to add it as it can drive your current audience and disrupt the plot itself too. I wish they would just stick to the plot and run it straight. The ecchi will be worth for a few days; however, a good plot will always go along. :P
I watched it already. xD Yea, it does seem weird. The opening is messed up like To Love-Ru. o.o" I do read the manga; however, I don't think I can bring myself to watch the anime... It seems more like Hentai than an ecchi anime. _-"
