Well, for one, the render is hard to spot. Blending is pretty good, but it's overly blended, in my opinion. Your lighting is pretty much correct, the only thing that goes against the lighting is that bright spot on the center of your signature, and the bright leaves on the right. I suggest you don't make the render have the same 'colors' as the background too much; choose a color that suits your render, something complementary. The text is pretty hard to read, and I don't think a cursive font works well with your signature. Perhaps use Arial or Verdana... those fonts usually do the trick. Move the text somewhere darker, and use a light color for it. Also, a 1px border would look better, in my opinion. Or have no borders at all. ^^

But the signature is pretty good, just make some more minor adjustments and it should look even better.

I pretty much agree with everything blackmamba said. Your signature is just lacking a bit of depth and if you take the advice of mamba then that should help it out a lot.
