Was kinda trying to make a bg... but dunno.. xD
Any ideas?

Its too messy and mono tone. You should have added some effects like c4ds and most of all, good flow. If this is supposed to be an abstract wallpaper, then it may serve the purpose. But even then, its too congested. Also there should be a subject of the wallpaper, which in this case, should be the render. But its part of the bg rather than standing out of the whole thing (focus).
Mono tone because no variations. B n W themes only work if the work is simple, not too congested or complicated. If you want to add more effects, then use colors, never the B n W style.
The second one has the same problem but less mono tone.
I personally suggest that u grab some tuts online and get some ideas of the basics and after than, go with the flow. Experiment but make it more sensible in terms of the basics needed to make a good digital art.

I kinda figured out that im always using the same style, sometimes it turns out good sometimes really bad, maybe lack of ideas. Thats actually the 1st time i did or at least tried to make a black and white bg. I had a great idea at the start but then in the middle i got lost and kinda mixed everything way to much will re-do it once, gona take more time. Gotta try something else and maybe read some tutorials get an inspiration.
