1. God of War
2. dot.hack
3. Final Fantasy
4. Grand Theft Auto
5. The "Tales of.." Series

I'm gonna interpret "series" as the main titles, so things like Resident Evil Survivor or Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus don't count. Otherwise, it's too convoluted:

1. Zelda
2. Resident Evil
3. Final Fantasy
4. Chrono (only 2 games, but both are amazing)
5. Metroid (if you count Metroid and Metroid Prime as the same series)

Honorable mentions to Metal Gear Solid, Tekken, Ninja Gaiden, Devil May Cry, and of course Super Mario, but each had some glaring low points I can't ignore.

I love guitar hero. So I would say I love the Guitar Hero series.

1. Original Guitar Hero
2. Guitar Hero: Rocks the 80's
3. Guitar Hero II
4. Guitar Hero III
5. Guitar Hero IV
6. Guitar Hero: Aerosmith

Red Alert 2 + YR ( My fav series got fucked up during the last 2 generational releases, thats what u get when EA takes over..its like the latest part of a movie trilogy suddenly gets made by Americans O.o...)
Counterstrike series lol ( well...its addicting...)
Knights of the Old Republic 1 ( Amazing story )
