Finally someone took a chance and signed my man. A nice 2 year contract for him to get his foot back in the door and get some paper. plus he can probably play some pre-season games and shake the rust off. i wonder what his stats are gonna be in madden 2010? i dont think he has lost any speed really.
I dont think Donovan is mad at all how i heard one of the commentators say. I think the eagles are a very good organization for this.

Eagles wouldn't make this move without Donovan giving the OK.

I'm also glad he signed. The dog-killing thing is ridiculous. Stallworth kills a guy while driving drunk and was in jail for 23 days, Vick got 23 months. He was villified unfairly.

As for Madden... he's always basically been a cheat code in that game. Whatever they rate him, his speed will still have to be 90+, making him the fastest qb in the game.

yep!I Agree he was over villified. Istill i hope Vick comes back playing hard for the money. He definately deserves a chance. The eagles are gonna be a beast in madden this year. Im sure Donovan and Mike are great friends and with a new kinda offense, look to see alot of shotgun split formations...

The new roster downloads should be available Wednesday! Get it!!

Ok, Vick has a 90 speed still and he can make reat short passes.
I used Vick last night and won 10 games in a row. Vick accuracy is 64 but his arm stregnth is still there. He is still the fastest person on the field....And whoever says Vick cant pass is a fool. Sure its harder to pass with him, but if u use a a controled short passing game with alot of slants, and curl routes, Vick can still pick a defense apart. Put it like this, i used Vick with a broken controller, so i had no scramble or sprint really. My right trigger was broken. I still picked the pats apart with Vick all night. Without scrambling.........Imagine when the chains are off and i had turbo, it was overkill, really.
I took Mcnabb out and didnt use him the whole night. Plus Eagles defense is craazy....Asante Samuel and Ellis Hobbs pick anything thrown...Basically u have the pats secoondary back there....
The scary thing about Vick is tht his numbers or attrivbutes will only get better as he plays....This was just the first download........wwhen the season starts and he gets more reps, he's gonna be a more better passer on deep post routes etc.
I use A pass balanced book with the multiple D book. I look for alot of formations and alot of slants and deep post route plays.......if ur going to use Vick, u want to keeep his passes withing 20 yds or so. he doesnt have the accuracy to put it where you want the ball downfield but he can surely eat u alive with his short passing game. I use alot of screens and quick passses.
Also another great team, the Vikes. Yeah, ole Gunslinger farve is nice. Him and Berrian make a nice combo. Plus Adrian peterson is beastly. He is so fast and agile u literslly run thru and around defenders.
I must say the passing seems very real. You really have to have an open guy or be in position to make a play on the ball. With that said, its hard to get that perfect lob to Randy Moss this year!!!XD
Patriots WEAKNESS!!!!!!!!!if you injure Tom Brady, his backups are 57 and 47 overall. These guys couldnt complete a pass for anything in the world so just blizt em amd get the pick. IDk why they didnt sihn Vick cuz Pats really need another backup qb.....the current ones just suck...in madden of course..

I'm pretty nasty with the Eagles. I use McNabb as my primary qb, but Vick is the backup, and I run a lot of Shotgun sets with the Backup qb package to throw people off. Vick throws a NASTY deep ball in this game. It's much harder to lead people from the pocket... if you're on All-Madden (or All-Pro, if you're playing online) the only real way to lead people deep is on rollouts. Since the Eagles have speedy receivers (Jackson and Maclin) I can scramble outside and toss bombs to them that end up being a bit overthrown, but they catch them any way.
