my vote is 4 ice even though i dont like the light image he used looks like a chubby baby than an the face of evil but i do like the shattering deteriorating bg

hitsu's is far 2 simplistic 4 my taste but im sure hes going 2 say its actually quite complex >.> but still image some color effects & some well placed text that is actually pretty good but that isnt enough 2 sway my vote so i vote 4 ice

^ haha I could say that my signature is more complex than what you say, but since you broke my signature down in your words, stop and think about how the other did and break his signature down to see which is better.
